It’s happening! The first weddings I photographed have produced children to come of age. For nearly 30 years I have been photographing weddings, many of them, especially the early years, my friend’s weddings. What a pleasure it was to be creating iconic imagery for people I may know for the rest of my life.

I was touched when my friends, Brett and Sarah Williams’ asked me to photograph their son’s “iconic mile marker of life” in Oak Park, Illinois. Brett and Sarah are truly the kindest people you will ever meet. I have admired them both since college. At long last! Introducing the 2014 US12 Speed and Custom, pinup calendar. So many of you have been waiting patiently and inquiring to know, when we would have this project completed. Back in July, Tina and I had the opportunity to photograph a flurry of images at break neck speed, culminating in a calendar consisting of twelve vehicles sponsored by different owners allowing them to showcase their vehicle, and twelve pinup girls selected by a panel of judges. Rocky and Lindsey, and the entire US12 team did a spectacular job putting together an amazing car show.
