Also, on board was HALO. The men were treated to luxurious on site, spa treatments. Halo has seven hip, guy-focused, locations in Chicago. Great idea for the man in your life to enjoy a straight razor shave before a wedding.

Maker's Mark was offering a tasting of fine Kentucky bourbon.

Travis and Carrie were married at The Lakeside Inn in Lakeside, Michigan. Congratulations!

The historic Lakeside Inn, sits atop of a bluff, and features a majestic 100-foot long front porch lined with rocking chairs, and surrounded by trees. A stone fireplace, garden pond, and private beach are some of its most memorable features. Cravings Catering offers breakfast to the Inn’s guests Friday through Monday, Memorial day through Labor Day. The rustic Furnishings are reminiscent of the early 20th century. The building, dating back as early as the 1880's, has long been a Lakeside landmark.
The Lakeside Inn, with it’s historic charm, rustic feel, and ambience, is absolutely one of our all time favorite venues. Seriously, I could not find the words to describe how charming and laid back The Lakeside Inn is.

Summer is here! I love summer, live for summer, wish winter would never come again. We do tons of family portraits during the summer. Luckily, our studio in New Buffalo is walking distance to the Lake. No matter how many times we photograph a portrait with the Lake as our background, it always provides a multitude of different backdrops. From softly flowing, green beach grass, to golden sand leading to blue waters, opening up to big beautiful skies, nature is always providing us with a different palate. Watching the sun dip down over the lake, unwinding as that big ball of fire is drawn closer and closer to the horizon. Feeling a sense of calm overtake you. Aaaaaaah! A family portrait doesn’t have to be stressful. In fact, we strive to make it just the opposite.
